Tokumon, along with her son, Justin Bee, niece Kristine Wakida, and Wakida's husband Anthony Ciamp, are the proud new owners of a beautiful home at Fields at Aliante. "I started looking at ASTORIA HOMES' communities because of the referral, but I did my own research and was pleased with what I found," said Tokumon, a law office manager for Hurchison and Steffen. "I kept hearing and reading really good things about ASTORIA and the quality of their homes."

Tokumon and her family chose Residence 765, a two-story model with 3,176 square feet of spacious living featuring five bedrooms, three baths, an owner's retreat, bonus room and 3-car garage. One of the main reasons the family selected Residence 765 was the big picture window that spans the kitchen, family and dining nook. The unobstructed view gives the homeowners a wonderful view of the neighboring park where they like to watch the soccer games during dinner.

For Ciampa, a chef with the Executive Offices at Station Casinos, any new house they moved into had to have nothing less than a fantastic kitchen.

"The floor plan is brilliant and ASTORIA HOMES did an amazing job with the use of space," said Tokumon. "The home is open and inviting and flows really well from room to room."

"Jocelyn was wonderful," added Tokumon. "After we bought our home we came back a few times to take measurements and make plans. Even though she had to accommodate us each trip, she was very gracious, cooperative and patient."
