Neighboring community Fields at Aliante offers five residences. Residence 122 is 2,228 square feet with three bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, a bonus room that overlooks the first floor, and two-car garage. Residence 711 is 2,392 square feet with four bedrooms, 2 -1/2 baths, bonus room, state-of-the-art tech center, and two-car garage. Reisdence 716 is 2,599 square feet featureing four bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, bonus room and a two-car garage. Residence 721 is 2,791 square feet with five rooms, 2-1/2 baths, a bonus room that can be converted into a home office, children's playroom or sixth bedroom, and three-car garage. Residence 765 is 3,176 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, and owners' retreat, bonus room and three-car garage. Most models feature balconies and spacious, pool-sized yards. Prices for Fields start in the mid-$300,000s.
