The award came as a result of over six thousand surveys that were distributed
to local new homebuyers asking to rate their homebuilder on seven key elements:

Working with Customer Service Personnel, Overall Construction of the Home, Follow-up
After the Sale, and Information Updates During the Home Buying Process.
