Astoria Homes Moves into New Summerlin Building

Astoria Homes recently moved into new corporate headquarters at 10655 Park Run Drive, Suite 200, in Summerlin. The new building totals 52,000 square feet, which is 39,000 square feet larger than the company's previous home at 9555 Del Webb Blvd., also in Summerlin. The Astoria staff is using 27,000 square feet of the space, and 6,400 square feet is allotted for its new Design Center. Astoria Financial and First American Title will occupy additional space, and the remainder will be available for lease to prospective professional tenants. The new offices are ENERGY STAR certified, as are Astoria's communities in Las Vegas.
