Astoria Unveils
Prominence at Aliante
Prominence by Astoria Homes has debuted within the Aliante master-planned
community in North Las Vegas.

gated neighborhood are priced from
the mid-$400,000s.
Five floor plans
are avaiilable, each with a three-car
garage.
At 4,449 square feet,
residences 224 and 225 are the
largest plans available. They offer
five bedrooms, 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 baths,
master suite retreats, bonus rooms,
and courtyards.
Residence 364 is
a two-story home measuring 3,807
square feet. It contains five bedrooms,
3 1/2 baths, a master suite retreat,
and bonus room.
Measuring 3,264 square
feet, Residence 164 contains four
bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a bonus
room, and loft.
The smallest plan
is Residence 736, which measures
2,830 square feet and has four
bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a bonus
room.
The builder also
offers homes within its Fields
neighborhood at the community.
Its four- and five-bedroom plans
range from 2,228 to 3,374 square
feet and have 2 1/2 or three baths,
bonus rooms, lofts, master suite
retreats, and a two- or three-car
garage. Prices start in the mid-$300,000s.
All of the builder's
homes qualify for the Environmental
Protection Agency's ENERGY STAR
designation, which assures they
are at least 30 percent more energy
efficient than homes built to federal
standards.
Nearly 430 acres
{at Aliante} are designated for
recreational and public purposes
including the municipal Aliante
Golf Club, the 20-acre Nature Discovery
Park, more than 20 miles of lighted
trails and linear parks, and an
arroyo.
Plans also call for
two elementary schools, one of
which is set to open in August;
a middle school; and a library,
which is under contruction.
In addition, about
100 acres are allocated for commercial
development, which will include
retail and buisness centers, restaurants,
and a 40-acre resort with gaming.
