Astoria Homes
has found a new home for its
corporate headquarters. The
local homebuilder moved its
offices to 10655 Park Run Drive,
Ste. 200, in Summerlin.
The new building
totals 52,000 square feet and
is 39,000 square feet larger
than the company's previous
office. Astoria's staff is
using 27,000 square feet of
the space, and 6,400 square
feet will be allotted for its
new design center. Astoria
Financial and First American
Title will cocupy additional
space, and the remainder will
be available for lease to prospective
professional tenants.
