North
Las Vegas development offers
five floor plans
Fields, a new neighborhood
in the Aliante master-planned community
in North Las Vegas, recently celebrated
its grand opening.
It offers five floor
plans, ranging from 2,228 to 3,374
square feet with four or five bedrooms
and 2 1/2 or three baths. Prices
start from the low $300,000s.
"Our buyers
will not only enjoy the quality
homes, but appreciate the beauty
and popularity of this location," said
Sia Howe, vice president of marketing
for Astoria Homes. "We expect
Fields will stand as one of Astoria's
fastest-selling commuinities to
date. It will be tough to beat
the combination of homes and the
community atmosphere of Aiante,
which offers so many wonderful
amenities."
Various features
include lofts, bonus rooms, master
bedroom retreats, kitchen nooks,
and two- and three-car garages.
Courtyads, decks and casitas are
also available.
All homes meet ENERGY
STAR® requirments and are at
least 30 percent more energy efficient
than homes built to standard code,
making them less expensive to operate,
Howe said.
Encompassing 1,905
acres, Aliante is planned to include
about 7,500 residences.
Nearly 430 acres
are designated for recreational
and public purposes including the
municipal Aliante Golf Club, the
20-acre Nature Discovery Park,
two additional city parks, more
than 20 miles of trails and linear
parks, and an arroyo.
Plans also call for
two elementary schools, one of
which will open this spring, and
a middle school.
About 100 acres of
commercial development is planned,
including a 40-acre resort with
gaming.
An information center
is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5
p.m.
To visit, take U.S.
Highway 95 to the Interstate 215
east exit. Proceed east on the
interstate to the Aliante Parkway
exit then go south.
Aliante is a development
