Prominence Debuts within Aliante

Prominence recently debuted at Aliante, a master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

The neighborhood by Astoria Homes offers four floor plans ranging from 2,830 to 4,449 square feet.

Amenities include formal living and dining rooms, family rooms, master suite retreats, bonus rooms, flex spaces, and three-car garages.

Prices start in the high $400,000s.

"Prominence embodies the essence of the Aliante community — style, luxury, and comfort," said Sia Howe, vice president of marketing. "Prominence offers homes with a casual elegance, rich color schemes and amazing interior features."

The homes qualify for the Energy Star seal, an Environmental Protection Agency program that certifies 30 percent greater energy efficiency than a standard home.

More than 400 acres [at Aliante] are designated for recreational and public purposes including a public golf course, the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park, two additional city parks, and more than 20 miles of trails.

Aliante is a development of North Valley Enterprises, an affiliate of American Nevada Co. and Del Webb.

An information center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 east exit. Proceed on the interstate to the Aliante Parkway exit, then go south to the information center.
