Installs 2004 Officers and Directors

Joel Laub, of Astoria Homes, was installed as president of the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association, while Rich Priesing of Hearthstone Homebuilders and Jennifer Lewis of Lewis Operating Companies were installed as 1st and 2nd vice presidents.

Laub, 50, is a native Las Vegan and longtime local homebuilding industry executive. In 1995, Laub formed Astoria Homes and serves a chief executive officer.
