Astoria Set for Village’s
Debut
Astoria Homes plans to debut
its Centennial Village neighborhood in the
northwestern valley on Saturday, March 22nd
at 10am.
The neighborhood will feature
one single-story plan and four two-story designs
ranging from 1,612 to 2,630 square feet. Priced
from the $170,000’s, the homes will have
three to five bedrooms and two- or three-car
garages. The two-story plans also feature game
rooms and decks.
”Centennial Village is
full of extraordinary features and amenities,” Vice
President of Marketing Sia Howe, said.
Interior features will include
appliance packages while exterior features
include iron railings, decorative shutters
and landscaped front yards.
In addition, the homes have earned
the Environmental Protection Agency’s
ENERGY STAR® label ensuring they are at
least 30 percent more energy efficient than
houses built to the Model Energy Code.
Homes also come with the 2-10
Home Warranty, America's Premier 10-year warranty
purchased by Astoria Homes.
Planned amenities at the gated
neighborhood include two playgrounds, a covered
picnic area, basketball half-court and grass
areas.
Centennial Village’s beautifully
decorated models will be open for you to view
on Saturday, March 22nd at 10 am. Take US 95
N to Durango, go east on Durango to El Capitan
Way, make a left, at Iron Mountain Rd. make
another left and Centennial Village is on the
right.
