Astoria Homes Spreads
Patriotic Spirit
by Providing New Homebuyers with American Flags and Kits
Astoria Homes spreads patriotic spirit
by providing new homebuyers with American flags
and kits
In a spirit of patriotism, Astoria
Homes is presenting an American Flag and flag
kit to every new homebuyer in its “Triumph
Neighborhoods.” In addition, the home
builder provided all residents in its Silverado
Place neighborhood with the same flags.
”Our American flag giveaways
allow us to show our appreciation to our buyers
as well as our country,” Sia Howe, marketing
director for Astoria Homes said. “The
flags are a perfect fit with our Triumph Neighborhoods
concept, which helps people fulfill the American
dream of homeownership. The neighborhoods also
look wonderfully patriotic with flags on the
homes.”
The “Triumph Neighborhoods” concept
conveys Astoria Homes’ message of achieving
the American dream of homeownership through
quality, entry-level homes in premium areas.
Independence, Astoria’s
most recent Triumph Neighborhood, is located
on Warm Springs Road, west of Durango. Silverado
Place, the first in the series, opened earlier
this year in the Silverado Ranch area. Models
are open in both communities.
Astoria recently won several
honors at the Southern Nevada Home Builder’s
Association Homer Awards. The builder is actively
selling homes in Ironwood Estates in Centennial
Hills, Auburn Hills, Canyon Trails and Independence
in the Southwest, Silverado Place in Silverado
Ranch and Villa Villagio in Seven Hills.
All of the Astoria Homes neighborhoods
feature “Energy Star,” an EPA-approved
system of ensuring that homes are at least
30 percent more efficient than the Model Energy
Code. The Energy Star program of construction
allows homeowners to save valuable energy and
also lower the cost of heating and cooling
their homes.
