Deering Joins Astoria Homes

(Las Vegas) – Astoria Homes Marketing Director Sia Howe announced today that Jennifer Deering has been appointed to the position of Marketing Coordinator.

In her new position, Deering is responsible for coordinating employee and community events, and assisting in the creation and implementation of marketing and advertising plans. In addition, she assists with the coordination of interior decorators, sales office vendors, sign companies and miscellaneous vendors to ensure smooth, timely and successful openings of Astoria Homes’ new communities.

Prior to joining Astoria Homes, Deering worked as an escrow manager, where she provided comprehensive contract administration for multiple home building companies, processed sales contracts, and verified and administered weekly sales and traffic reports for D.R. Horton Homes Inc., Las Vegas. She also served as an assistant to the director of land development and sales administrator for American Communities, Las Vegas. Deering volunteers her time as the assistant to the president of Clark County SID’s Foundation.

Deering is a real estate sales representative from the Southern Nevada School of Real Estate, Las Vegas. She also earned a certification in microcomputer administrative assistance from Watterson College, West Covina, Calif.
