Astoria Homes Donates Funds
to First Centennial High School
Graduating Class
To assist the first graduating
class at Centennial High School, Astoria Homes
recently donated $500 to the senior class to
use toward school activities.
"We are pleased to help
out the first Centennial graduating class with
their school ventures," says Astoria Homes
Director of Marketing Sia Howe. "The students
all worked hard to reach this point, and this
is a token of our appreciation as they move
on to accomplish future goals."
Founded in 1995, Astoria Homes
is a Las Vegas-based homebuilder with expected
home closings to exceed 800 this year. In the
Centennial High School neighborhood, Astoria
has developed the communities of Parkside Village,
Parkside Estates and Ironwood.
Astoria's other popular communities
include: Canyon Trails near Rhodes Ranch; Auburn
Hills in Rhodes Ranch; Autumn Ridge, Stonegate
Encore, and Silverado Lane in Silverado Ranch;
and coming soon, Villa Villagio in Seven Hills.
The majority of the Astoria communities
feature "Energy Star," and EPA-approved
system of ensuring that homes are energy efficient.
By using the "Energy Star" program,
homeowners save valuable energy and also lower
the cost of heating and cooling their homes.
