1999 PRESS RELEASES

Astoria Homes Employee Is Happy Homeowner

Kristalyn Campbell, Assistant Escrow Coordinator at Astoria Homes, and her husband, Douglas, purchased a Veranda home. Her dedication to Astoria extends beyond her job, she believes in the company so much she lives in a Summer Fields home.

"The main reasons we chose that particular model were because of the unique layout of the home and the functional use of space," Campbell said. Since the Veranda plan was so popular at Summer Fields, Astoria Homes decided to incorporate a lot of the same features into the Chestnut plan at Autumn Ridge. Some improvements found on the new homes are larger double door entryways, dual sinks in the master bedroom and bigger kitchen/pantry space. The Campbells cited a love of the spacious design as key in their decision making process, "Everything about this plan seems larger than we thought it would be. We were amazed when we actually saw the home."

The creative design of the Autumn Ridge community is appealing to the buyer ready to move up and features the most popular amenities and the highest quality building materials as well as an extremely pleasing price.

The Chestnut plan, similar to the best-selling Veranda at Summer Fields, is a 1,503 square foot, one-level home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is priced from $123,450. This home is perfect for roommates or young families and some amenities include a large master bedroom with a walk-in closet, garden tub, enclosed toilet room, an island/breakfast bar in the kitchen, nine foot ceiling and two secondary bedrooms that connect through a shared bathroom.

Every floor plan has features that add to the personality of Autumn Ridge. Giant picture windows, vaulted ceilings, oversized media niches, winding staircases and dramatic overlooks in the two-story homes are just a few of the traits. Builder highlights for the interior include elegant double door entry, spectacular master suites, and over-sized kitchens. A few builder accents include dramatic entries, oval tubs, and ceramic tile kitchen countertops. You’ll walk through large, eye pleasing covered entries when you walk into the homes.

Autumn Ridge is found in the fast growing Silverado Ranch planned community. This location offers all the convenience of shopping centers, entertainment, restaurants, schools, medical facilities and immediate freeway access close at hand.

To get to Autumn Ridge, take I-15 to I-215 and exit at Eastern. Go south on Eastern to Silverado Ranch Blvd. Turn right on Silverado Ranch Blvd and turn left on Pollock. Follow the road south and it will curve around to the community.
