CFO Buys Astoria Home
Steve Anderson, Chief Financial
Officer for Astoria Homes, has purchased
an Astoria Home. His dedication to Astoria
extends beyond his job; he believes in
the company and the homes so much that
he and his family have just moved into
their dream home in the lovely Silverado
Heights community.
The Silverado Heights model
that Steve has purchased is the Homer
Award-winning The Crest. The Crest features
a suspended loft and some of Steve's favorite
features; the downstairs master bedroom,
the spacious extra room, large second
bedrooms with walk-in closets and the
most importantly, the location. Silverado
Heights is located in the heart of the
new planned community of Silverado Ranch
with shopping centers, medical facilities,
schools, entertainment, dining and freeway
and airport access nearby.
"After working for
the company and seeing firsthand how committed
Astoria Homes is to the quality of their
homes and their customer service, I was
sold. I believe I have bought the best
home I could possibly buy for me and my
family", Anderson says. Steve has
three young children, so the proximity
of the schools to Silverado Heights is
very important. Steve says, "The
elementary, middle and high schools are
all located within blocks of my new home
at Silverado Heights. I feel secure knowing
that my children will never be far from
home."
Silverado Heights is located
off of Eastern at Vasto and Serene. Homes
are sized up to 3,434 square feet and
start in the $150's.
