doubled its growth since the
company's inception in 1995.
In 2000, Silverado
Lane was in such demand; ASTORIA
HOMES
had plans to open Silverado
Place in Silverado Ranch towards
the end of 2001, as well as
a more higher end version of
the community, The Peaks at
Coronado Ranch in 2003.
ASTORIA
HOMES
also welcomed two new communities
to their family, Canyon Trails
at Rhodes Ranch and Villa Villagio
in Seven Hills. These communities
will take the place of Autumn
Ridge and Parkside Estates.
During the year
