ASTORIA HOMES started the millennium with the opening of several new communities - Stonegate Encore and Silverado Lane in Silverado Ranch and Auburn Hills in Rhodes Ranch.

The launch of Silverado Lane put affordable housing on the map. Sales were incredible, and the community has since sold out.

ASTORIA HOMES ended 2000 with 7 active communities and 412 closings.
